A feeling of belonging to the Post-Holiday Burn, anyone?

I officially returned to my pre-holiday walking workout today and seasonal sloth a few weeks is really caught me. "I felt the burn" only 20-minutes into my walk when normally I will large guns at nearly an hour. I am glad, I walked back and forth in front of me in my house instead of the normal route. I suspect that I have had to call back home again for a ride, were I to have gone down significantly.

I gave my Unexpected has completed its strategic review of the Weather in the region, and kept me on my regular walks and now pay the price. (Sore much?)

Funny how it only takes a few days of using it as a way to get the body and the months really get it. I was pulled away from my dusty collection of more than the entire exercise video, with the aim of the holiday season it back to the rotation. A collection of archived plastic case, sitting in my bedroom floor, untouched.

But tomorrow is another day and I am ready to start working with hard again. Good thing I checked out the exercise Guide Paige big article. Use these tips to get back on track faster than you can say, "who" is still actually Richard Simmons VHS tapes? ". (The answer? Hey.)
